COVID-19 REAL ESTATE SETTLEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT  

Title Nation is committed to the health and peace of mind of all individuals executing  settlement documents face to face. Title Nation settlement agents are prohibited from  conducting in person settlements if they exhibit any signs of the common cold, fever and/or flu, including but not limited to, sneezing, coughing, chills, body aches, runny nose, sore  throat and throat congestion. Title Nation settlement agents are instructed to observe  proper social distancing guidelines and accommodate the signing precautions requested by  all signing parties and their agents. Furthermore, all locations where Title Nation real estate  settlements occur are properly sanitized prior to and after settlement. 

We encourage all parties to take health and safety precautionary measures deemed in the best  interest of themselves and the people around them. Title Nation settlement agents reserve  the right to pause the settlement if settlement agent believes an individual needs to observe  stronger COVID-19 safety precautions. Discretionary precautions include, but are not  limited to, disposable gloves, masks and blue pens (Title Nation will also provide non-used blue pens for signers).

You further certify that you are assuming the risk of a  face to face settlement and that you will hold Title Nation owners, agents, employees and  settlement location owner/tenants harmless from any and all liability pertaining to COVID 19.
